Welcome to our first 4Two™ blog post! Jessica & I are building a community by moms, for moms, and each month, we will share updates, inspiration, and things we love.

We know that what you do during pregnancy makes you twice as likely to get back to doing what you love after, yet there is a huge lack of high quality information & resources for mothers. In 2017, when I was in the peak of my running career, I became pregnancy with my first child. I too struggled to figure out what was safe but fortunately I found Jess. As we worked together, we became determined to find a way to “bring this information to the masses,” to help all the moms and all the athletes.

Why? Because running truly is for everybody, even for those with baby bumps.:)

In the spirit of sharing the things we love, this newsletter features a DELICIOUS recipe by a friend, fellow kindergarten mom, and professionally trained chef, Ashley Leoncavallo. We know how hard it can be to find a recipe that is yummy, easy, and a crowd pleaser…so we are bringing the magic here.

For this month, Ashley shared a yummy Mediterranean dish! It is lemon chicken with Mediterranean brown rice and takes just over an hour to make. Here’s a picture of the finished product!! To download the full recipe, join the newsletter below.
